METHOD OF CULTIVATION

Zucchini - Conventional Production

Product derived from conventional agriculture, complying with current Italian legislation on plant protection products and good agricultural cultivation practices. For products imported from countries other than Italy, current EU harmonization regulations regarding permitted pesticide residues apply.



Zucchini - Production from "Integrated Production" crops.

Product derived from cultivation according to the principles of "Integrated Production," as provided for in the various Regional Disciplines and/or according to the current National Guidelines, to which reference is made for specifications regarding agronomic management, fertilization and crop defense.

The products in question shall be of domestic origin and shall comply with the restrictions on substances that can be used for defense under the above-mentioned Specifications. The commodity characteristics of the fruit shall be the same as described above and the same as the product conventional.

GMOS - ALLERGENS - LATEX

The product is GMO-FREE (no genetically modified organisms), complies with EC Reg 1169/2011 and subsequent updates regarding allergens, also does not contain latex and no packaging or any packaging material containing latex is used.
